A student of the 2019-2021 graduating class, the California College of the Arts’ (CCA) Master’s in Fine Arts in Writing Program, Thais was awarded a Merit Scholarship. She is currently working on her second book, “End of Girls,” with the support of the NYT best-selling and award-winning authors and faculty at CCA. Thais coaches writers and offers her editorial skills in her private practice. Her past work has been published in Salon, BlogHer, BabyCenter, Literary Mama, Wild Violet Literary Magazine, Forge Journal, SFGate, San Francisco Examiner, Marin Independent Journal, among others and performed live at the Listen to Your Mother Show. A chapter of Second Chance was a finalist for the Creative Non-Fiction Magazine’s baby anthology.
